At Thrive & Shine Naturals, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products. This policy applies to all skincare and hair care items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
For change-of-mind returns, we are happy to offer store credit in lieu of a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled. International orders cannot be cancelled once shipped due to customs documentation requirements.
Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
